Questions, answered
What counts as an AI-generated course?
One upload (or topic) turned into a full course — sections, lessons, and quizzes — by Kordo's AI. Editing, publishing, and assigning it afterwards costs nothing. Allowances reset monthly; unused ones don't roll over.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your content and progress are kept safe and read-only until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted.
Is the AI coach really unlimited?
Yes. Learners can ask the in-lesson coach as many questions as they like on every plan. (There's a light per-person rate limit to keep things fair — nobody normal will notice it.)
What if I need more people than my plan allows?
Growth and Scale add extra seats at $4 per seat per month — email support and we'll enable it. Starter is capped at 30; step up to Growth when you outgrow it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. Changes prorate automatically through Stripe.
Monthly or annual?
Your call. Monthly is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual is the same product at 2 months free — and cancelling erases nothing either way; your records stay put.
