Getting started
Sign-in is passwordless: enter your email on the login pageand we'll send you a magic link. No password to remember or reset.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if the email doesn't show up in a minute.
- Links expire after a short window — if yours has expired, just request a new one.
- You can also continue with Google from the same page.
Inviting your team & seat limits
Owners and admins can invite teammates from Admin → Users. Each plan includes a seat cap (members plus any pending invites count toward it).
If you're at the cap, sending another invite is blocked until you free up a seat or upgrade your plan from Billing.
AI credits
AI features share one monthly credit budget per workspace:
- Learning copilot answer — 1 credit
- Quiz generation — 3 credits
- Course generation from a document — 10 credits
Credits reset every month. You'll see a warning on the Billing page once you've used 80% of your monthly allowance.
Billing & trials
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial — no card required. If the trial ends before you pick a plan, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, but content and progress can't be changed until you subscribe.
Upgrade or start a plan any time from Admin → Billing. Once subscribed, use the billing portal link there to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.
Your data
Owners and admins can export training records as a CSV from Admin → Users — one row per teammate per published course, with completion percentage and certificate codes.
To request deletion of your account or workspace data, contact support at the address below.
